• Who: Open to all boys and girls, PreK (age 5 in Spring 2026) through 8th grade

WHY TRY LACROSSE?
Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S., and for good reason! It’s a fast-paced, exciting game that combines elements of soccer, basketball, and hockey. Kids love it because it’s active, social, and fun—and parents love it because it develops:

• Teamwork & sportsmanship

Whether your child is brand new to sports or already plays another, lacrosse is a great fit at any age. Many players pick up the game in middle school and go on to thrive in high school and beyond.

WHAT TO EXPECT
At this event, players will:

• Learn the basics of throwing, catching, and scooping
• Play fun, age-appropriate games and drills
• Experience the excitement of lacrosse in a welcoming, no-pressure environment

No equipment or experience needed—sticks will be provided. Just bring water, wear athletic shoes, and get ready to have fun!
