Centerville Youth Lacrosse Refund Policy

Centerville Youth Lacrosse registration is a two step process.  When you register, you will be asked first to create or renew a US Lacrosse membership at a cost of $35 per child. This $35 registration fee goes directly to US Lacrosse and is non-refundable. The second step of the registration process will be to register your child (children) in the Centerville Youth Lacrosse program.

The refund policy for Centerville Youth Lacrosse program is as follows:

• Centerville Youth Lacrosse will refund 100% of the paid program registration fees (less a $25 service charge per registration, $20 for K2) when the Refund Request is received on or before December 15th, 2025.
• Centerville Youth Lacrosse will refund 50% of the paid program registration fees (less a $25 service charge per registration, $20 for K2) when the Refund Request is received on or after December 16th, 2025 and January 10th, 2026.
• Centerville Youth Lacrosse will refund 50% of the paid program registration fees (less a $25 service charge per registration, $20 for K2 and the cost of the uniform and any incidental club expenses) if refund request is received between January 10th, 2026 and the first scheduled game.

• No refunds will be provided for Refund Requests received after the first scheduled game of the year.

Exceptions may be made where a player must withdraw for medical reasons or moving out of the area. These exceptions will be reviewed and decided upon by the board on a case by case basis.
