Coach Registration

Thank you for volunteering your time and efforts to be a Coach for Centerville Youth Lacrosse.  Volunteers are essential to maintaining a positive and instructive experience for our players and families. The Club would not exist without volunteers like you.

All coaches must complete the online Coach Registration program annually. For more information about the Club's requirements see the Training Requirements web page. Coaches should begin the registration process when registration officially opens. The Club offers a $55 discount to all coaches to cover the cost of the US Lacrosse Coaches Membership. The Club will also reimburse the costs of training for those Coaches who complete the online registration program, background check and the minimum required certifications.

After paying for the minimum required certifications, submit your receipts and this completed Reimbursement Form to the Club Treasurer for reimbursement. Please also submit proof of training to the Club’s President prior to the start of the season at [email protected].
