Centerville Youth Lacrosse registration is now open for boys & girls in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade! 

Registration requires an active US Lacrosse Membership through 5/21/21 and you will need to know your child's membership number.  You can look up the membership number at US Lacrosse.  Membership renewal can be done HERE.

NEW THIS SEASON: 
Since our last season was cut short, we are separating uniforms from registration fees.
You do not need to purchase a new uniform if last season’s still fits your child.
If you are new to the program or your child’s uniform no longer fits, please add the uniform fee during the registration process.
